Just as your wedding day to your spouse was only the beginning…so it is with the day you accepted Jesus as your Savior. That was just day one! There is MORE…much more! The more time you spend with Jesus will cause you to WANT-TO do His will. You will WANT-TO please Him. Your broken want-to will no longer get in the way. Why? Because you’ve given the brokenness to Him…and He has changed you!
I close with this quote from Shellie: “God doesn’t want to be the Great Spectator of our lives. He desires to live life with us, in us, and through us, and then to take us home…. Our Father wants to see us enjoy our lives and make merry. He just wants us to make merry over the right thing…over the Real Thing. His name is JESUS!”
