I have a few things I’ve been praying about for sometime now, but I don’t see any progress on the horizon. I have my moments of doubt, but in my heart, I KNOW that God hears me and will answer in His time.
I awoke this morning with a heavy heart, again bringing my petitions before the throne of God Almighty. He directed me towards my Promise Box. As I stood before the box, I silently prayed that God would reassure me that He was indeed listening to my pleas. Here is the promise He gave me….
And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.-Romans 8:28
There was a poem accompanying this promise from God….
“I know not what the future hath,
Of marvel, or surprise,
Assured alone that life and death
His mercy underlies. -Unknown
If we truly believe that God has a plan for us, we must trust Him to reveal it in HIS time, and KNOW that it IS for our good!
All things are in His hand. Believe that! Trust it implicitly!
