I heard Him whisper on the wind,

Saw His greatness in the Heavens above,

But until I met Him face to face,

I was ignorant of His love!

He holds the world in balance…

Keeps the boundaries of the Seas;

He knows my every fault…

But freely pours His grace on me!

Once I was lost in sorrow and shame,

Groping in darkness…never knowing His name;

Yet He walked beside me, day after day,

Keeping His hand on me, lest I should stray.

He freed me from sin, one glorious day,

This Savior…this Friend…The Truth, The Life, The Way!

He paid for my crimes, and set me free…

Now I belong to Him, and He belongs to me!

This One…this King…His Majesty…

This Christ…MY JESUS! … He’s EVERYTHING to me!
