DOOR OF HOPE – LIFE TRAINING CENTER FOR WOMEN

Over 3,000 individuals in the city of Denver are on the verge of being homeless. Many more are only one paycheck or crisis away from the same circumstance. According to a study conducted by the “Metro Denver Homeless Initiative” in 2013 there were 11,167 individuals currently homeless in the Denver metro area, 43% of which are women.

A hardship, crisis or setback has left thousands of women, in our city, with no home and often no support system to help get them back on their feet and into a stable and productive life.

“Door of Hope”, Praise Center Church’s Housing for Women in Transition, is prepared to serve women who are in a housing crisis and need help with temporary housing as well as support and guidance for securing permanent housing.

While at Door of Hope, residents will receive shelter, food, spiritual guidance and access to specialized services and individualized support in a manner that will empower them become self sufficient.

If you have a passion for helping women and would like to be a part of Door of Hope please call the church office,

There she will respond as in the days of her youth, as in the day she came up out of Egypt.”
