“For the Son of Man has come to seek and to save that which was lost.”-Luke 19:10

For thus says the Lord GOD, “Behold, I Myself will search for My sheep and seek them out.-Ezekiel 34:11

“I will seek the lost, bring back the scattered, bind up the broken and strengthen the sick…” –Ezekiel 34:16

As I ponder the above verses, I’m overwhelmed by the love of God!  Before He found me…I was wretched. I, for the life of my will never understand ‘WHY’ He pursued me for so long.  It took years for me to acknowledge Him.

During pastor’s opening prayer yesterday, he made an amazing statement.  He said, “Lord, you came after us…now, let us come after you…”

The Bible says: Seek the LORD while he may be found; call on him while he is near. –Isaiah 55:6

Have no doubt….God knows where you are!  But he will not force you to come to Him, for that would not be love.  

I tell my loved ones all the time, “If I could make you come to the Lord, I would…but I can’t…and HE won’t!”

He died for us out of love…and we must come to Him out of love for what He’s done for us.  Salvation is a gift, but it must be accepted before it will do you any good.

Come to Him.  Accept the gift, Jesus…
